Gary is the author of “The Book on Vancouver Real Estate” and the owner of Vancouver’s Top Real Estate Youtube Channel www.VancouverRealEstateTV.com. As an award-winning REALTOR®, Gary helps affluent individuals build short term wealth through buy and flip strategies and helps them build long term wealth with buy and hold and various cash flow generation strategies. He’s also one of the 2017-2018 Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) Directors in the Westside Vancouver division where he is able to contribute to the governance over policies that will best serve the public. The REBGV is the member-based association of more than 13,535 REALTORS® and they provide tools such as the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), education and tools for REALTORS®.
