I began my real estate career in 2006, shortly after my wife and I purchased our first home in the Main Street area of East Vancouver. We renovated that house, sold it in 2010, and then purchased our current home in the same neighbourhood (which better accommodated our growing family of five). The renovations and maintenance of these homes has given me years of hands-on construction experience, which I have been able to share with my clients. I am regularly updating my real estate knowledge through continuing education courses (I have earned the designation of Certified Negotiation Expert, for example) and keep up with the latest market stats. I have also received sales awards from Macdonald Realty, but it is my highest honour to earn repeat business and positive testimonials from my past clients. In addition to my work in real estate, I am an active musician as a bass player. I attended Capilano University, where I received a Bachelor of Music. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, woodworking, snowboarding, and gymnastics (the sport of my youth). I take a straightforward and easy-going approach to the often stressful experience of buying and selling real estate. It is my business philosophy to be focused on superior service with the aim of creating long-term relationships of mutual benefit. My goal is to help you make informed decisions by providing clear advice and quality information in a pressure-free manner. Feel free to contact me at your convenience, and I’ll be happy to assist you in reaching your real estate goals right away!
