A registered Architect in British Columbia and Australia, Andrew is enjoying working with the great commercial team at Macdonalds on land and development projects.
Because of his wide experience as a concept designer and masterplanner, Andrew has the creative ability to see the potential in all types of property. His constant analysis and understanding of the BC market ensures that urban design and planning recommendations are backed by sound financial metrics.
Currently, Andrew is focused on land assemblies for increased density in urban areas. By contrast, he is also proposing one of the last single family subdivisions in Vancouver. He is working on unique sites throughout BC. Andrew brings clear thinking and fresh solutions to complex issues so that owners and buyers can achieve the most positive outcome.
EDUCATION
An Architect AIBC, Andrew holds Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science (Arch) degrees from Sydney University.
