Bob is a member of the Real Estate Institute and has been a licensed realtor for over 38 years. He holds a MBA from the University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey School of Business. Bob’s career has spanned the range of Real Estate investment and Development in Europe to 10 years as Vice Chairman of a Publicly-traded, Vancouver based, Real Estate Development Company. Born, raised and having lived his entire life in Vancouver and lower mainland, Bob brings a wealth of knowledge on development and investment opportunities. Bob has represented clients in the development and sale of their lands and has created benefit for owners by extracting latent value that was not previously recognized. Bob has lead or been part of development teams throughout most of the regions in the GVRD and the Fraser Valley that have created commercial and industrial developments and over 1,000 residential lots and condominium units and additionally has given advice and successfully sold large portfolios of commercial and industrial properties for major land owners.
