Barb has been an active commercial real estate broker specializing in retail properties since 2002, with her first nine years at CBRE. Prior to transitioning into real estate, she was honing her sales skills as a Major Account Manager at Xerox Canada. She is well versed in leasing over the past thirteen years and has gained escalating success in the investment sales side of the business, primarily with retail and mixed-use properties. By leveraging her extensive local market knowledge, industry relationships, and investment analysis, she is able to help real estate owners better understand the position of their property in the current market. Barb is working toward a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and has taken all the courses in the curriculum.
