What is a HOME to you?

You may be wondering why a Chartered Professional Accountant like myself is asking you this question.  

After 20-plus years in the accounting and finance profession, I am fortunate to have the opportunity to pursue my passion in real estate as a REALTOR® with Macdonald Realty.  I have been a home owner, an investor and a builder in beautiful and vibrant East Vancouver for the past decade.  Whether it be the purchase of your first home or an investment property, or selling your home or the marketing of your development, I bring in this experience coupled with my financial expertise and integrity as a CPA into the client service experience.

I originated from the Philippines and relocated to Canada in the mid-90s, where my family initially resided in New Westminster before eventually moving to South Burnaby. Residing in those neighbourhoods for a combined total of 20 years has equipped me with extensive knowledge of those areas. East Vancouver is now my HOME , where my young family is creating cherished memories and experiences. Apart from my work in real estate and accounting, I enjoy traveling with my family to explore different cultures and lifestyles. As a proud individual with a disability, I dedicate my time and expertise as a Board member to organizations striving to enhance accessibility and empowerment for people with disabilities.
