Squamish Real Estate Market Statistics – June 2019

Here are the latest real estate market statistics from Macdonald Realty on Squamish, Whistler, and Sunshine Coast listings and sales in June 2019.

Whistler

In June 2019, Whistler had 5 sales of detached homes and 90 active listings. The benchmark sale price was $1,575,100.

The condo market had 13 sales and 114 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $507,000.

Townhome sales were 13 sales, active listings were 76. The benchmark sale price was $881,000.

It’s a buyer’s market for homes and condos in Whistler.

Squamish

In June 2019, there were 17 sales of detached homes and 124 active listings in Squamish. The benchmark sale price was $954,000.

The condo market had 11 sales and 80 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $512,100.

Townhome sales were 8 sales, active listings were 42. The benchmark sale price was $684,600.

It’s a buyer’s market for homes and condos in Squamish.
